Citygrove sold the building housing the Travelodge Valencia hotel to the French asset management firm Perial for more than 15 million euros. The 116-room hotel is currently leased to Travelodge Hotels, which has a guaranteed, long-term contract. The sales price results in a net yield of 5%.
