Almagro Capital Acquires 11 Flats in Madrid

The socimi Almagro Capital has acquired eleven flats in Madrid for a total of 2.4 million euros. The properties are located in the neighbourhoods of Castellana, Arapiles, Palos de Moguer Trafalgar and Lavapiés. The rental flats, whose leases will remain in vigour, have a combined surface area of 1,022 square meters.

Nyesa Valores Acquires 202 Flats from Cajamar for €24.96 million

6 January 2020 The Nyesa Group has acquired 202 flats from Grupo Cajamar for a total of 24.96 million euros. 65% of the properties, which total more than 22,000 square meters, are managed on a rental basis while the rest are for sale.

In less than nine months, Nyesa has acquired two major residential property portfolios. Of those, the firm acquired 176 homes from Liberbank and a further 202 from Grupo Cajamar. The total investment surpassed 30 million euros.

El Grupo Nyesa ha adquirido 202 pisos al Grupo Cajamar por un total de 24,96 millones de euros. El 65% de las propiedades, que suman más de 22,000 metros cuadrados, se administran en régimen de alquiler, mientras que el resto está a la venta.

En menos de nueve meses, Nyesa ha adquirido dos importantes carteras de propiedades residenciales. De ellos, la firma adquirió 176 casas de Liberbank y otras 202 del Grupo Cajamar. La inversión total superó los 30 millones de euros.

Habitat Makes Pre-Sales of 1,000 Homes Worth €225 Million

12 December 2019 – In the first nine months of the year, Habitat has made 1,000 pre-sales of homes, worth a total of 225 million euros. The pre-sales, which will be finalised as the homes are delivered over the next two to three years, are in line with the firm’s intention to reach 2,000 units sold per year by 2021.  Habitat is planning to invest 500 million euros in acquiring land for development in pursuit of its goals.

Habitat has 46 active developments in Spain. The 1,000 pre-sales are a part of 43 different developments. The firm has a total of 4,000 homes on sale, and it has delivered 327 in the year to date.

Ares Acquires a Portfolio of Rental Homes to the East of Madrid

21 November 2019 – Ares has finalised the acquisition of a portfolio of 401 rental homes in the vicinity of Alcalá de Henares. The homes are in a new residential area that has easy access to Spain’s capital, Madrid, via the A-2 motorway and public transport.  

The acquisition is set to significantly increase the supply of rental homes in the area. Colliers advised Ares on the transaction, details of which were not disclosed.
