Kefran Capital Real Estate, set up by Pelayo Primo de Rivera and Rui Mercadal Vieira, bought a logistics hub located inside the R-2 industrial area in Meco, Madrid.

Built in 2009, the warehouse meets the highest quality market standards. Since that year, División Logística de Transportes Azkar has been renting the complex to distribute goods to important multi-national companies from the health and mass consumption sectors.

The 35.134 square meter building was constructed over a 50.690 square meter plot. Due to its design, excellent building secifications and a GreenBuilding certification, it is considered one of the best assets on the market.

The asset went under the hammer as a result of liquidation of bankrupt Core Investments.

In 2014, many deals sealed on the logistics market reverberated through the sector as the total investment in this segment exceeded €400 million, juxtaposed with the €100 million amount registered for the entire 2013.
