Marathon Buys Bahía Azul Shopping Centre For €18.5M

The US fund Marathon has acquired the Bahía Azul de Málaga shopping centre from Bahía Málaga Desarrollos Integrales for €18.5 million. Inaugurated in 2008, the shopping centre has a surface area of 13,827 m2 and is located opposite Ikea.
