SAREB put on sale a new property portfolio called “Dorian Project” that embraced state-subsidized housing (VPO).

In detail, the portfolio consisted of 822 dwellings and 1.337 attached, located in Madrid, Guadalajara and Barcelona. They are distributed over seven buildings having an 80% rental occupancy. Five of them are located in Madrid, one in Guadalajara and one in Barcelona.

The operation was launched in October and is being advised by the Spanish N+1.

The dwellings were constructed in 2007 and in 2011. SAREB did not reveal their value.


Blackstone is about to complete the purchase of a lot of around 600 subsidized homes and 1.200 attached. According to the financial sources, the transaction could involve about 50 million Euros. Related post on Aura’s webpage
