23.4% of the buyers of the new homes constructed by Aedas Homes in 2019 were young people, a figure that has increased by 5.2% compared to 2018, according to the second Buyer Profile report compiled by Aedas Homes.

The study prepared by Castlelake’s property developer focuses on a sample of 2,500 clients. According to its findings, the typical buyer of its new homes is a Spanish citizen, aged between 35 and 44 years old, who is married and in the process of forming a family and who is buying a three-bedroom apartment for the first time as their place of usual residence. All of these characteristics are very similar to those reported in 2018, with the exception of the average purchase price, which decreased from €351,158 in 2018 to €316,860 in 2019.
