Vía Célere Handed Over 1,241 New Homes in 2019

The property developer Vía Célere, owned by the US fund Värde Partners, handed over 1,241 new homes in 2019, whereby doubling the figure recorded in 2018 and fulfilling its target for the year.

By autonomous region, Madrid accounted for most of Vía Célere’s activity (776 homes), followed by Málaga (206), Barcelona (160), Sevilla (88), Valladolid (10) and A Coruña (1).

José Ignacio Morales Plaza, CEO of Vía Célere (pictured above) expressed his delight at the company’s results and its ability to avoid the construction delays experienced by several of its competitors, most notably Neinor.
