Värde Engages Deloitte to Sell its Stake in La Finca

Three years after acquiring its stake in the La Finca group, the North American company Värde is looking for a buyer for its holding in the company created by businessman Luis García-Cereceda. Värde has entrusted Deloitte to sell its shares in the office Socimi ‘La Finca Global Assets’, according to El Confidencial and market sources speaking to Brainsre.news.

Funds managed by Värde own 37.78% of La Finca Global Assets, whose majority shareholder is Susana García-Cereceda. Her sister Yolanda, with whom she has been fighting a legal dispute for years, owns 23%, whilst Enrique García-Cereceda controls another 6.89%.
