Valenciana de Viviendas 2010 Owes €140 Mn to Sareb

Company Valenciana de Viviendas 2010, comprising assets of Banco de Valencia, Salvador Vila, Juan Soler and Planea, has just gone bankrupt with an almost €140 million amount due to the bad bank, Sareb.

Presently, Caixabank is the majority stakeholder of the firm, holding 45% received from Banco de Valencia.

The company’s total liabilities totalled at €170 million at the end of 2013.
