Two Behaviour Modelling Algorithms Win the Third Edition of CBRE’s PropTech Challenge

The first project allows the owner to observe the behavior of users in spaces and buildings, through software installed in conventional cameras. It is an Artificial Intelligence algorithm, which makes it possible to track and geolocate all objects of interest (people, vehicles, bicycles, etc.), providing new metrics such as the length of time a user stays in a store, vehicle counting and even the detection of suspicious behavior for security reasons. The solution will be applicable for shopping centres, offices and hotels, amongst others.
Meanwhile, CityIntelekt’s algorithm collects macro-social, political and economic data to help the owner analyse and predict how those elements could affect the assets in his portfolio.
