The Large International Real Estate Agents Back Spain with New Office Openings

International real estate agencies have decided to double their commitment to the Spanish residential market with ambitious growth plans. Thus, Engel & Völkers expects to generate revenues of €150 million by 2024, by boosting its growth in Madrid, and Lucas Fox has set itself the goal of continuing to grow throughout the Spanish market, and in nearby countries, with the opening of up to 50 new offices over the next two years.

Last year, Engel & Völkers completed 6,807 real estate brokerage operations in Spain, up by 10% compared to the previous year. Of those, 3,717 were for rent and 3,090 were for sale. The real estate company expects to generate turnover of €110 million in 2020, compared to €100 million last year, according to EjePrime.
