Servihabitat Completes the Team With Tinsa & Zurich Executives

Servihabitat Servicios Inmobiliarios managed by TPG has filled its executive positions. The US fund bought 51% of the real estate platform from  CaixaBank which still holds 49% of the share capital. Thus, the present team is lead by Julián Cabanillas as the president and the CEO, together with two other executives: Rodrigo Rato and Alfonso Cortina.

Servihabitat has just hired two experts: Tinsa´s sales director Álvaro J. Martín and Zurich´s strategy and proceedings executive Joan Planella. Now, they will take offices of the business development and the organization and technology directors respectively.

Servihabitat´s CFO is Feliu Formosa, prior to joining the firm working as the director of La Caixa.
