Sareb sells a building on Passeig de Gràcia to Vila Casas for 20 million Euros.

The bad bank has awarded number 69 of the Passeig de Gracia to the foundation of the Catalan business man, with 28 high-end apartments rented to the Soldevilla family. The bad bank took the building that belonged to Nova CaixaGalicia (NCG) and had been looking for a buyer for months.

Sareb has sold the building on Passeig de Gràcia which holds tourist apartments managed by Majestic to the Foundation Vila Casas. The amount of the operation has reached nearly 20 million Euros.
