Renta Increases its Profits by 3% Thanks to an Improvement in its Gross Margin

The Catalan real estate company Renta Corporación closed 2019 with revenues of €92 million, down by 1% compared to a year earlier. Of that figure, €77.3 million related to the transactional business, compared with €78.6 million in 2018. Meanwhile, the property business generated €14.7 million in 2019, compared with €13.8 million in 2018.

Renta Corporación is a partner of the fund APG and manager of the Socimi Vivenio, which generated revenues for it of €10.7 million, in line with 2018 (€10.8 million).

The company’s EBITDA amounted to €21 million in 2019, up by 7% compared to the previous year, thanks to an improvement in its gross margin, whilst its level of indebtedness reached 41%.
