Redevco Buys a Building in Düsseldorf for €100M+

The real estate investment management company Redevco has bought a mixed-use building in Düsseldorf for more than €100 million. The asset spans 38,000 square meters and is dedicated to commercial and residential use.

Redevco has acquired the property in an off-market transaction from Bayerische Versorgungskammer (BVK). This is the second operation that the firm has carried out as part of its strategy to invest €500 million in residential assets in the Netherlands, Germany, Spain and the United Kingdom over the next few years.
