Realia Earned 12% More in 2019, despite a Decrease in House Sales

The property developer has taken a step forward, like many of its competitors, into the rental home business, in which it has invested €25.2 million in three projects located in the Madrilenian town of Tres Cantos.

The real estate company’s total revenues amounted to €97.03 million in 2019, up by 3.4% compared with the €93.88 million obtained during the same period in 2018, boosted by a 5.6% increase in revenues in the real estate area, which generated €82.4 million. Meanwhile, property development saw its revenues drop by 10.9% to €12.3 million and house sales generated €11.2 million, down by 20.2% compared to the previous year.
