The NH Hoteles chain decided to invest in its culinary offer, making it as diverse as never before. Recently, DiverXO, the restaurant of Chef David Muñoz rated with three-stars by the Michelin Guide this year, has moved to the NH Collection Eurobuilding, now followed by a new brasserie advised by Paco Roncero to open in September (La Terraza del Casino, two Michelin stars, managed by the NH) which will be run by chef Luis Bartolomé.
Moreover, the company will present a new exclusive cocktail menu by excellent mixologist Diego Cabrera.
Inside the NH Collection Eurobuilding, also a restaurant of 99 Sushi Bar will open its doors.
The total renovation of the prime hotels of the chain will consume around €40 million with €4 million intended for the gastronomic offer.
In Barcelona, upcoming new openings are the new restaurant Don Giovanni by Andrea Tumbarello inside the NH Collection Constanza and the Santolini restaurant (two stars of Michelin) inside the Hesperia with Óscar Velasco as the chief and Abel Valverde as the head of hall.
