Mutua Rejects Offers to Sell its Properties

Mutua has received several offers for the Torre de Colón building, which was designed by the architect Antonio Lamela and which is currently being renovated – the building work is expected to be completed in 2022, according to Merca2.

However, Mutua has rejected all of the offers because they do not meet the company’s expectations since none of them exceeds the 4% return that the firm can obtain from renting out the office building.
