Logicor to Build a 27,600 m2 Warehouse in Tarragona

Logicor is going to build an industrial warehouse spanning 27,600 m2 in the town of Bràfim (Tarragona), which will be leased to one or two tenants.

The asset will have 27 loading bays and be located on a plot measuring 44,403 m2, with direct access to the AP-2 and C-51 motorways.
