The Socimi Lar España held its Annual Shareholders’ Meeting yesterday marked by the state of emergency imposed in Spain as a result of the Covid-19 crisis. For that reason, the majority of the company’s shareholders chose to attend the meeting electronically. All of the items on the agenda were approved, according to a report filed by the company with the CNMV last night.
The nine agenda items were approved after votes were cast by 65% of the shareholders. The agenda included the approval of the annual accounts for 2019, as well as the distribution of a dividend and the re-election of four directors, including, the Chairman of the Socimi, José Luis del Valle, and the CEO, Miguel Pereda.
