Lar España Buys ‘As Termas’ Shopping Centre For €67M

The Socimi Lar España has purchased the ‘As Termas’ shopping centre, located on the outskirts of Lugo, for €67 million. Following this investment, the firm has now made investments totalling €526 million, whereby exceeding the funds it secured from its IPO last year (€400 million).
