Kronos to Launch 9 Residential Projects (1,000 Homes) in 2020

Kronos Homes ended 2019 with 17 projects in progress (14 in Spain and 3 in Portugal) and a portfolio of 15,000 homes, in line with its forecasts at the start of the year.

Looking ahead to 2020, the property developer is planning to unveil 9 new residential projects, comprising almost 1,000 homes, and will hand over 5 projects, containing 600 homes.

According to Saïd Hejal, CEO of Kronos, “2019 allowed the firm to strengthen its growth plans through the launch of iconic projects, the start of two developments and the handover of 100 homes”.
