Knight Frank To Enter Office Management Sector

The real estate consultant that specialises in the luxury sector, Knight Frank, has launched an ambitious three-year plan in Spain, which involves strengthening its presence in the country, where it employs 130 people, and opening new lines of business. With the launch of several key strategic initiatives, Knight Frank seeks to triple its net profit to €3 million by 2018, and to increase its turnover by 27% to €14 million by the end of the period, according to Humphrey White, the group’s CEO in Spain. The consultancy firm is set to open new lines of business, with the launch of an integrated office management department. “We will take care of matters such as the collection of rents and the hiring of security staff. (…). We want to generate revenues of €2 million from this line of business over the next two years”. The firm also plans to launch a new logistics investment business. (…).
