Insur’s Turnover from House Building Falls by 15% due to Delays in Deliveries

Inmobiliaria del Sur (Insur) signed new rental contracts corresponding to a total surface area of 16,380 m2, to reach an annualized rental income from the contracts in force of €17.2 million in total, up by 26.2% compared to a year earlier. The firm’s occupancy rate also improved by six percentage points, to close at 88.4%.
