Grupo Lar has acquired a plot of land spanning 113,000 m2 in Alcalá de Henares (Madrid) for the development of a logistics complex measuring 60,000 m2. The property, which is going to be split into two warehouses, will be leased, in part, by the previous owner of the land, Toys’R’Us Iberia. Lar expects the first of the asset to be operational by 2021.
