Grupo Aristeas Acquires a Mixed-Use Property in Málaga’s PTA

Grupo Aristeas, a company specialising in the acquisition and development of logistics and industrial assets, has acquired one of the largest and most iconic buildings in the Andalucía Technological Park (PTA) in Málaga from Unicaja Banco.

The mixed-use property is located on Avenida Juan Lopez de Peñalver, 3 and has a constructed surface area of 11,082 m2, on a plot spanning 40,000 m2.

The property comprises 2 buildings, one 2-storey office block measuring 3,752m2 and a second asset spanning 7,330 m2 dedicated to production and storage. There is scope to build a third building on the site.

The PTA is home to more than 600 companies employing almost 20,000 people. It contributes to the generation of 7.95% of the total GDP in the province of Málaga.
