Gecina, a real estate firm held by Metrovacesa, came to an agreement upon the purchase of an office building in the center of Paris for €133 million.
The building of 20.331 square meters and 114 parking spaces was constructed in 2001. Presently it is leased by the French Government for Paris Rectorate. It is located in “a strategic area” of the capital, adjacently to the Austerlitz station. It has got an excellent public transport communication.
One of the goals of the company is to invest in offices and it has already saved around €1 billion for the future investments.
