Former Executive of Sareb to Lead Meridia Capital’s Real Estate Fund

Meridia Capital, a real estate fund led by Javier Faus, has hired an ex-executive of Sareb (Spain‘s bad bank), Juan Barba (pictured), as its partner and the CEO of another property fund controlled by the firm, Meridia Iberian Real Estate Fund.

From now on, the businessman will lead the investment vehicle created earlier this year with view to investing €150 million in this sector in Spain
