Pension fund from the Netherlands, APG Asset Management, decreased its stake in Hispania Activos Inmobiliarios to 4.14%.
APG acquired a part of shares Hispania issued before flotation, together with George Soros, Paulson, Cohen & Steers, Canepa and Moore Capital Management.
According to books of the National Stock Exchange Commission of Spain, APG presently holds APG 2.28 million shares corresponding to 4.14% of the total stake in the real estate company.
