Deutsche Bank to Spend €1.5bn Renovating Homes in Spain

The Spanish branch of Deutsche Bank has launched Avanza Credit, a financing business dedicated to renovating homes, which will receive funding of €1.5 billion over the next 3 years, according to a report from Expansión.

In order to provide these services, the bank will have to bolster its workforce in all regions of Spain. Residents associations and other landlords could benefit from this project, which will be carried out in accordance with criteria for sustainability and energy efficiency, and to improve accessibility, amongst other aspects.
