Delin Capital Announces Investment in Spanish Logistics Sector

Delin Capital Asset Management announced that it will invest in its first real estate project in Spain. The London-based company, which specialises in the development and management of logistics assets, intends to build a logistics complex on a plot of land it acquired in Alcalá de Henares, Madrid.
Delin will build a logistics platform comprising two buildings with approximately 53,000 m2. The company expects to finish work on the site by the second quarter of 2020.
