Cushman & Wakefield Earned $368M in 2019, up by 20% YoY

The consultancy Cushman & Wakefield closed last year with revenues of €7.81 billion ($8.75 billion), up by 6% compared to 2018 and by 8% in local currency terms. Its turnover was bolstered by an increase in the volume of business in the US and by commissions from sales, project management and capital markets. Revenues from commissions amounted to €5.71 billion ($6.4 billion) in 2019, which represented a 9% increase in local currency terms compared to the previous year.

The company has published its as yet unaudited results for 2019, which reveal a gross operating profit (EBITDA) of €653.4 million ($724.4 million), up by 10% (or 11% in the local currency). Expenditure amounted to €7.67 billion ($8.6 billion), which made for a 4% increase compared to 2018.

In total, the consultancy firm’s profit grew by 20% to reach $367.8 million in 2019, compared with $306.6 million a year earlier.
