Credit Suisse has declared a 7.76% stake in Hispania Activos Inmobiliarios. The percentage implies value of €40.8 million at current market price. The Swiss bank acquired 3.88 million securitites, according to data made public by the National Stock Market Commission (abbreviated to CNMV in Spain).
This way, the entity joined the foreign investors that bought a holding in the listed property management company. Hispania was the second to float on the Stock Market this year. At the moment, its main shareholders are George Soros and Paulson (each with 18.378% of stake). The firm´s other holders are MPMF Fund Management, APG, Goldman Sachs, Cohen & Steers and Fidelity.
Since becoming listed on 13th March, Hispania has appreciated by 5%.
