Credit Suisse Excercises the “Green Shoe” Option in Merlin´s IPO

Credit Suisse has executed its pre-emptive right as an underwriter (green-shoe) at the flotation of Merlin Properties. The entity acquired 4.1 million shares of the Socimi (REIT), around 3.32% of the IPO.
