BBVA Rents an Office from Merlin in Las Tablas to Bring its Staff Closer Together

The entity BBVA has leased one of the three office buildings that the Socimi Merlin Properties owns in Las Tablas (Madrid) in order to group together there the employees that it has working in other buildings across the city, according to Europa Press.

Las Tablas is an area close to where the entity has its registered office, in the building known as ‘La Vela’ or ‘the Sail” due to its design. The bank chaired by Carlos Torres has rented a property spanning 9,135 square meters from Merlin, as revealed by the Socimi led by Ismael Clemente in a relevant fact notice following the publication of its annual report for 2019.
