Bankia & Haya Put 1,600 Homes up for Sale with Discounts of up to 40%

Bankia and Haya Real Estate have put more than 1,600 homes up for sale, of which more than one thousand are priced at less than €70,000. Of those, 1,100 are unique properties such as commercial premises, offices, industrial warehouses and plots of land, with discounts of up to 40%.

The offer also includes more than 750 garages and storage rooms. The campaign includes a total of 3,500 properties, which are mainly located in provincial capitals, commuter towns and small villages.

These offers will be maintained until April 30, and for any buyers who require financing, Bankia is offering mortgage loans with competitive terms, including the waiving of commissions for those who have their income domiciled with the entity.
