AXA Real Estate has spent 114 million euros on two assets in Italy and Spain on behalf of French AXA Selectiv’ Immo OPCI vehicle it manages.
Precisely, the insurer’s property arm took a 50% stake in a retail building situated at 37 Gran Via street in Madrid, leased to H&M, in a joint venture with a French pension fund. The other property stands in Rome, at 223 Via Paolo di Dono street. It has a 16.580 sqm, fully let area. Renovation of the asset in 2009 cost 10 million euros.
AXA Selectiv’ Immo OPCI is interested in office, retail, logistics, hotels and healthcare assets across Europe.
