Atom Obtains Financing for its Recently Acquired Hotel NH Las Tablas

The Socimi Atom Hoteles has been granted a mortgage loan amounting to €13.5 million by Kutxabank to finance more than 63% of the purchase of Hotel NH Las Tablas, which it acquired on 30 December.

The Socimi, which is owned by Bankinter and Global Myner Advisors Capital Investment (GMA), bought the property for €21.3 million, according to a report filed by the firm with the MAB. Although the purchase of the asset was executed using own funds, the possibility of bank financing in the form of a mortgage backed by the property itself was being considered.
