ASG Considers Selling the Espacio Torrelodones Shopping Centre

The fund ASG Iberia is considering selling the Espacio Torrelodones shopping centre, which is managed by Cushman & Wakefield. A year after completing work to upgrade the complex, in which the company invested €5 million, it now wants to divest the asset, according to Idealista/news.

Currently, it is an off-market process, but the firm intends to start a formal process very soon. Espacio Torrelodones has a surface area of 33,000 square metres. That, along with the fact that the property is located in one of the municipalities with the highest per capita income in the country, are the main reasons why ASG is exploring the possibility of the sale.
