Árima Multiplies its Profits by 14x to €15.4M in its First Full Year of Operation

The Socimi Árima has presented its results for 2019, the first full year of operation for the listed real estate company after its stock market debut in October 2018, when it had no assets in its portfolio.

Over the last 12 months, the company created by Luis López de Herrera Oria after Colonial’s takeover of his previous successful project, Axiare, has created a portfolio worth €221.65 million, up by 16% compared to the purchase price. The portfolio contains various office buildings in Madrid and a logistics project spanning 25,654 square metres.
