Almagro Buys 6 Flats from Sareb for €1.5M as it Continues to Grow its Portfolio of Rental Homes for the Elderly

This represents the Socimi’s second operation with Sareb after it acquired 8 flats in Madrid from the entity in January for €1.88 million. They are all leased to the elderly under old rental contracts.

In the case of the current sale, Almagro has also committed to respecting the terms of the lease agreements for the apartments for both the tenants and their spouses.
