Aguirre Newman And Cushman & Wakefield to Commercialize Recoletos 4 Iconic Building

Real estate advisors Aguirre Newman and Cushman & Wakefield have been named to trade the emblematic Recoletos 4 building. The property is located adjacently to the Plaza de Cibeles Square in Madrid. It has got a Gross Lettable Area of 3.704.28 square meters and 21 parking spaces.

Its privilaged location is proven by numerous private and public access ways (such as taxi, parking, bus, underground and Cercanías Renfe (suburban railway division), let alone the easy access to the M-30 ring-road and to the airport).
