Aberdeen Standard Investments has purchased a logistics centre in the Madrilenian municipality of Coslada for €9.14 million. The asset is leased in its entirety to DHL and reportedly generates a return of just over 5.25%.

The property, which spans a surface area of 6,785 m2 (including 1,892 m2 of office space), is situated in a strategic location for last-mile logistics just 15km from the centre of the capital and 1km from Barajas airport. It operates as a cross-dock warehouse, with loading bays on both sides.
