Tander Inversiones Acquires Four Stores in Porto’s Aliados 107
21 September 2019 – Tander Inversiones, a Spanish corporation, has acquired four stores on Porto’s Avenida dos Aliados from Avenue Real Estate for 15.7 million euros. The stores, which have a total surface area of 1,170 meters, are located in the recently renovated Aliados 107 building, which was once the headquarters of the newspaper Jornal do Porto.
Relógios Plus Boutique, Tod’s and Burberry currently occupy three of the stores. Cushman & Wakefield advised Tander on the transaction and had also leased the stores to their tenants.
