M7 Real Estate Acquires Guarda Retail Park for €8.95 Million

24 October 2019 – The real estate fund Imopredial, which is managed by Profile, has sold the Guarda Retail Park for 8,950,000 euros. The real estate asset manager and pan-European investor M7 Real Estate acquired the shopping centre, which has 11,700 square meters of retail space.

The Guarda Retail Park was inaugurated in 2009 after a €12-million investment by Banif Imopredial – Open Real Estate Investment Fund, Grande Solar and Civilria. The shopping centre, with an area of 11,700 square meters and 700 parking spaces, has ten fashion, sports, toys, furniture and home and garden stores, among others.
