Work to Begin on Third Building in the Prata Riverside Village

Pre-sales of the 107 homes in the Prata Riverside Village’s Lot 1, the third of 12 buildings planned for the development in Marvila, Lisbon, has already begun, and construction is set to begin shortly. Twenty out of 107 flats have already been reserved at prices ranging from 285,000 to 1 million euros. The building will be completed in early 2021.
Lot 8, which is already inhabited, has sold 28 of its 40 flats to date. Here, the apartments start at 440,000 euros, reaching a high of 1.9 million euros. In total, Prata Riverside Village will have about 700 flats, along with offices and shops.
