Urban Rehabilitation Grows By 52.2% in the First Quarter of 2018

Activity in the urban rehabilitation sector increased by 52.2% year-on-year in the first three months of 2018 and by 3.2% in April compared to the month before.
According to AICCOPN’s Urban Rehabilitation Barometer, the Order Book index, which measures the evolution of the opinion of business owners, showed an even more significant increase of 79.7% in year-on-year terms and 10.3% compared to the previous month.
Contracted production in months, i.e., the guaranteed working time at a normal production rate, stood at 7.8 months, which, despite a monthly decrease, represents an increase of 31.8% when compared to the same month of the previous year.
