The complex was built with “high quality” materials and finishes and have private interior patios that “offer a smooth and harmonious connection with nature, with the surrounding common gardens and swimming pools,” Mr Palmeiro stated. The eighty residences that form Central are five minutes’ walk from the beach and the marina and very close to golf courses and tennis courts.

Uptown “will mark the beginning of a new kind of lifestyle in Vilamoura, where design and nature join to become one,” the VW group’s commercial director revealed.

For Mr Palmeiro, the project is “a place where colours and design emerge from the earth” and “where architecture has a typical Portuguese touch,” integrating “perfectly in the landscape.” “Jacques Ferrier, Uptown’s architect, took advantage of its exceptional location to create a project with unique architectural features and identity in Vilamoura,” he explained. The Uptown will have, among other facilities, a leisure club with a pool.
