‘Two Hundred’ Has Campo Grande’s Gardens at its Doorstep

20 March 2018

Overlooking one of the most extensive and pleasant public gardens in Lisbon, the Campo Grande 200, whose trade name is Two Hundred, is being developed by Grupo Tricos and was designed by the architectural firm Saraiva + Associados. It is a high-end residential project that will be inaugurated shortly.

The overall project comprises a newly erected building, together with the complete renovation of an older property, maintaining its beautiful, original façade. The buildings have a total of 10,000 square meters of area.

The development has 47 apartments that range from one-bedroom flats to four-bedroom duplexes, with areas between 62 and 286 m2. Consultan, JLL and Porta da Frente are in charge of sales, and about 17 units have already been sold or reserved. The flats that are still available have prices that range from 735,000 euros for three-bedroom with 105 m2 to 1.5 million euros for a 212-square meter four-bedroom flat.

Every apartment has parking, and the development will have an indoor pool, sauna, and gym.

An enviable location

Invited by the project’s developers to participate in the sales process, with a focus on leveraging sales in the international market, “Consultan is betting on the success of Campo Grande 200,” Guilherme Grossman, a partner at the firm, told Diário Imobiliário.

“We are excited about this project as it is the first launch associated with the ‘new’ Jardim do Campo Grande. In our sales team’s training sessions, we noted that the property has the 111,000 m2 of gardens and infrastructure of the Jardim do Campo Grande as its backyard. “The park offers opportunities for such things as exercise, reading, cycling and eating out; for people who appreciate the good lifestyle that Lisbon offers, [the park] is the perfect neighbour,” the executive enthused.

In fact, the property’s location is even more of a selling point, as all kinds of services and shops are in the surrounding area. Future residents will be able to take advantage of the restaurants and shops of the Alvalade square, the Avenida da Igreja and adjacent streets.
