Total Investments in Lisbon’s Rehabilitation Area Fall by 16%

14 November 2019 – During the first half of the year, investors plied €601.4 million into commercial real estate and services in Lisbon’s Urban Rehabilitation Area (ARU), according to Confidencial Imobiliário.

A total of €2.52 billion of investments went towards commerce, services, housing and land in Lisbon’s ARU. That represents a fall of 16% year-on-year.
